A breaker that trips often is telling you the circuit is overloaded. Repeated tripping, especially on the same circuit, means the system is being asked for more than it can give.

Old wiring types
Knob-and-tube wiring and cloth-insulated cable are common in prewar Philadelphia homes and do not meet modern safety standards. We replace them when we find them.
Too few outlets and extension cords
A home built for a lamp and a radio now runs a TV, chargers, and appliances. A system strained by extension cords and power strips is a system due for more circuits.
Is old wiring dangerous?
It can be. Degraded insulation and overloaded circuits are fire risks. We assess and upgrade where needed.
Do I need a panel upgrade?
If you are adding circuits, the panel may need more capacity. We size the panel to the home's actual and planned loads.
