These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to your requests to Eliteco Builders and its sub-brands, Elite HomeCare and Elite Painting Pros, all sharing the contact number (267) 762-1899 and based at 217 W Girard Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19123. We refer to all three together as "Eliteco" or "we" in these terms.
You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us about a project or cleaning. Submitting a form is a request for information or an estimate. It is not a contract for work. Any agreement for construction, cleaning, or painting is separate and is set out in its own written scope. Estimates and timelines depend on the scope, the property, and the trades involved, and we discuss the specifics directly with you.
Eliteco Builders is a licensed general contractor, not a lender, mortgage broker, or HUD consultant. Nothing on this site is lending or financial advice. Loan programs, limits, and eligibility are set by HUD and your lender. Talk to an FHA-approved lender for financing details, and see hud.gov for official guidance.
When you submit a form that collects a phone number, you agree to receive calls and texts, including automated messages, from Eliteco Builders and its brands at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Form submissions are handled through our CRM and may trigger a follow-up workflow, as described in our Privacy Policy.
