Remove everything from the rooms being demoed: furniture, wall art, curtains, and anything on the floors. The cleaner the space, the faster the demo.

Protect the path and the neighbors

We cover the path from the door to the work area and seal off adjacent rooms. If you share walls, a heads-up to the neighbors is courteous.

Plan for utilities

We coordinate the safe disconnection of water, gas, and electric in the work area. You may be without some service in that part of the home during the demo.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Should I move out for demo?

For a single room, usually not. For a full gut, plan to be out of the home during the dustiest phase.

Do I need to remove fixtures?

We remove fixtures as part of the demo. Anything you want to keep, like a light fixture, tell us in advance.
